Need "mushies" ideas

I just had all my fill removed and am on mushies for a week while my esophagus heals from severe dilation (thanks to movie popcorn!!). I am 2 1/2 years out from my banding and i can't remember what things to eat!! I am having pudding today with whey protein powder mixed in and I am not a big fan of soups. Any ideas are appreciated!!

My favorite was FF refried beans with a little cheese. I also like yogurt.

Hey in Food and Recipes there is an entire mushies thread. Try there, but since where here---

I ate campbells select soups
mashed potatoes
mashed cauliflower- mmmm the recipe is in the mushies thread and also in the carb free thread
Baked sweet potatoes

I peeled squash and sauteed it with some spray butter and molly mcbutter. But I love squash.

And I tried the babyfood...it wasn't for me.

I have recently made mushies because of slippage & streatched esophagus.

I use ground turkey because it is very soft and low texture. Cook this up w/ taco seasing. When cooked put in blender and blend w/ some chicken broth - use just enough for what ever consistancy you like. Then top w/ cheese. This was so yummy!!

Cottage - this can be used in so many ways - sometimes w/ salad dressing - just enough to change the flavor. Mix w/ taco seasoning, or any other powder seasing.

I also made blended italian meatballs. Again using turkey meat like the tacos, but I cooked it w/ italian seasing, and put a lot of flavor in it, then blended it in the blender w/ spaghetti sauce.

You can also make egg salad, but instead of chopping use a fine cheese shredder - I love my egg salad this way - don't like the chunks.

Buy powder soup mix like "Bear Creek" and use that and puree your meat in it. I took some rotisery chicken and purred in the cheddar broccli soup and it was OH SO GOOD.
