I've read that some people have named thier bands, I want to also but I need inspiration. Everything I think of sounds like a movie, ie Godfather, Rocky etc. What do you guys call yours? I feel like Im naming a kid or something.

My band is named Pandora, as sometimes she is kind and allows me to eat and sometimes she is a mean, biting b**ch. I never know how something is going to work out until I am several bites into it. Like broccoli, sometimes I can eat it and sometimes it causes major PB's, thanks to Pandora. ~Mandy

It seems like I better wait before I name mine as I have not had a fill yet and aparently these things can get nasty sometimes. I have noticed that Ive lost my appetite for Choclate and Im mortified. I used to think that it was a food group all by itself and now Im not so fastenated. I didnt expect that so I want to wait till a get a fill as I dont know if mine will be bipoar babe or Jack the Ripper (no offense Jack OK?) maybe something like Pistol Pete...I dont know. I like sil acon Ha, good job, Pandora ya thats good too.

Okay...so first, you have to decide if your band "feels" like a boy or a girl. That is step one in the naming process.
Once you have that...then you have to visualize what you think your band "looks" like.....Like what kind of person or animal or whatever it means to you.
From there you pick the name.
So for me...I knew mine was a girl. One day Jack posted on here about his "little silicon fist" and that image really fit my thoughts perfectly. So I imagined my band as a little petulant ballerina. A little skinny ballet girl who had her tiny fist around my tummy. From there I knew I needed a Russian name.
And boom, Katrinka was born. On the days I love her, I affectionately call her "Trink". On the days she's being extraordinarily petulant, full name only.
Trink and I are having a good couple days right now.....
And there you have it, the process to naming your band.
Good luck and let us know when "a band is born"!!

I started the name your band thread if you want to search that for ideas.
Mine is named Bambi - because it is my alter ego sexy stripper name that someday with Bambi I could achieve a decent looking body.
Somone emailed me later and said that BAMBI - could stand for Band And Me Bonded Indefinately. I like it - it will come to you!

I named mine Nike, after the Greek Goddess of Victory. Thought it seemed fitting since 'victory' over my weight is my goal.
