Well, I weighed this morning 1 week since starting to log on DP and I haven't lost...still maintaining. However, I am a few days from my TOM, so I am attributing the "no loss" to TOM. I feel thinner and my clothing seems to fit better and my energy is definitely better, so i am going to give it a few more weeks before I readjust (again) what I am doing. I am afraid my body has just decided that this weight is where I am supposed to be and I can't accept that. I'll update later after the TOM and see if it makes a difference. In the past I would generally drop consistently for 2 weeks and gain or stay the same for the other 2 weeks. Damn hormones!

I have started tracking my food and exercise on this site and I really like it. I haven't weighed yet because I am trying to give it a week to see if it will really work.

Anyone else use My Daily Plate?
I use Sparkpeople.com I did look at Dailyplate and I liked it. I have been bad this month with logging just don't have time except at work. I am at a plateau and discouraged a bit, I have not lost a pound in over a m onth and I am still working out 6 days a week, I see the surgeon on Tuesday am thinking it is time for my 1st fill perhaps. YOU LOOK AMAZING GIRL!!

I am so thrilled for you you have really done well these past few months Congratulations!!

So I LOVE THIS SITE!!!! I have been tracking my food and exercise for the past two weeks and I love being able to see what I am putting in my body. I still haven't lost any, but I am beginning to realize I messed with my metabolism by overexercising and undereating. I am giving my body a little rest and eating a little more and exercising a little less. I am hoping after a while my metabolism will fire up again and I will lose this last bit of weight. I want to be as close to goal as possible before I get my PS (possibly as early as Dec or next may after graduation).

Cool! I'm glad you like it :). I'm easily there 4-6 times a day.

I keep mulling over that Body Bugg thing.( bodybugg.com )It actually will calculate your caloric intake/output automatically for you WITHOUT tracking your foods. It's not cheap, though, and it currently doesn't support a Mac platform (which means we have to get Windows software).

I'm sooooo tempted, though!
