I just wanted to welcome all the new comers to the Labor Day Challenge!!! Its so great to have you. I know I usually update on Mondays, but I happy to report that a few days on liquids really does help with the weight loss plateau. I'm down another pound. Its so hard not to get frustrated when the weight loss is slow...

Monday UPdate
Its Monday again, so I'm back to tell of my progress. The month of June has not been a huge sucess like I'd hoped, but I did lose 4 pounds, which I know is normal, but I'm so close to my goal weight I just want to get there. But I'm trying to be positive...so I thinking good thoughts and July is going to happy and sucessfull. Good thoughts to everyone.

Oh my gosh...I lost another 4 lb! I really don't like weighing myself, but I have a Dr. appt this afternoon, so thought I would see where I am at. I may actually make my Labor Day goal!!

I go to the doc tomorrow. I am not weighing myself until then. My home scale loves me, but I need to focus on the doc's scale for my "official" WL in their files. hee hee

Can I join you guys too? I just found this forum. I was banded Aug. 6/06! Feeling scared
cause I haven't been able to lose weight for 6 months and I don't want this to be the end of my weight loss. I need a jumpstart. Thought the support and motivation might help?
