Yeah, I'm down another pound. Finally after only losing 3 pounds in the last two months I'm down another pound! I hand a fill earlier this week and I thinking this fill is finally the one. So I'm crossing every thing that I can cross and praying that this fill is the ever elusive sweet spot.

I'm so happy that this fill is finally working. I can't believe how great it is to know restriction like this!!!I hardly feel any hunger. Yeah me, down another pound. After almost losing all hope over the last 2 months, I just want to shout from the roof tops, I LOVE my band. I can now see the light at the end of tunnel.

Thanks for the encouragement. I need to start new tomorrow. Nothing lost in almost 2 weeks now. Hopefully it'll change soon...not going to reach my April Fools goal, but I still have time for the 4th of July goal!

greetings everyone,

how are you all doing? I'm on a good pace down 6 pounds to 334 and I get my second fill next week. That should help me increase my weight loss but I'll take what I've done so far as I move toward breaking the 300 mark. I can't wait!!!

Is there anything I can do for you to help you stay focused?
Been a while since I've been online because of work, but I'm here for you all. Stay focued, keep exercising, eating protein and we'll all get there. There are alot of people doing this challenge, something like 68 including myself and if we all lose the weight we set for ourselves we could be losing as a total a couple of tons of fat. That's alot of fat and no worries about gaining it back.....

Wow Barb you are so close! Congrats! Is it getting harder the closer you get? I find now that I stall for a couple weeks then have a big loss before I was losing every week almost. I'm getting close too (not as close as you but after where I came from it feels close) and am so anxious to hit it. Never did I think it possible all those years I was so heavy. I love my band!

I've lost 10 more lbs this month. Starting, oh wow, tommorow I start the last 13 weeks training for my triathalon. I start to do two a day work outs, so I'm should be taking off more weight too. I haven't updated my ticker. I forgot my pin, so I have to create a new one.
