I keep eating(when I'm not hungry)

I am due for my second fill next week but for some reason I keep eating, even when I'm not hungry. I still closely watch what I eat, I never exceed 1200 calories and I am still consistantly loosing but I just can't seem to stop eating. I know that the hunger is head hunger and I am hoping that my fill next week will help this.

Does anyone else feel this way?

You are grazing!!! I do that too! Restriction will definitely put a stop to it!

The fact that you are finding enough things to keep your calorie intake low, and not causing yourself pain, is admirable!!!

When the band tightens down, and you feel almost miserably full for hours at a time, you lose the urge to snack and dine all day long.

I have never PB'd, slimed or anything. I did eat dinner after posting this and I am now full. I think that one of my problems is that when I'm eating a meal, I may not be eating enough. I just ate 2oz of Talapia and 1/2 of cabbage and I am very full. I rarely feel this way.

I often feel this way. Only eat when you are physically hungry. When you are head hungry ask yourself why and what you are really feeling and deal with it.
