| I Have Been Banded For One Year
Hi every body.Last week was my band anniversary. I started at 249 and now I ame 193. I have lost 56 lbs. I had hoped to loose 60 lbs by now. But I think I am doing good especially since I have never had a fill or had a PB. I plan on loosing about 30 more pounds but I already feel so much better and have more confidence, and its great to get some new clothes out of the regular people size. I am very grateful for my band...Best wishes...Janie

You are doing GREAT! Never a fill or a PB ... you are doing BETTER than great ... I'd say that is AWESOME. You have established the foundation for a long and very healthy relationship with your band! :)

You are my hero...I am shooting for never having a PB as well...and I'd say that 4 pounds out from your goal is still a success!
