How do you know if your pouch is enlarged ?

How do you know if your pouch is enlarged ? I recently went on a weekend trip to vist family and all we did was eat out . I gained a pound even though I was trying to be carefull. It seems like I can eat a lot more then the doctor told me I should be eating . I have had one fill so far with my lap band and I fill restricted enough . When I had my fill, I did'nt have the fluro. I have desided to go on a liquid diet for four or five days to see if it will shrink. Does anyone out there have any input ?

It may just be that you need another fill. But lots of people have said that after their pouch had stretched, they went on liquids for a few days and it fixed the problem, so I guess it's worth a try. If that doesn't help, I'd try getting another small fill.
