Has Anyone Heard of Dr. Guillermo Alvarez in Piedras Negras?
I retracted this question because I have now had an experiance with Dr. Alvarez and hes staff. I would never go to this doctor.

yes, this is the dr that did my surgery. He was great, and the staff was also
