Happy Bandiversary, Lisa!!
How much have you lost?
What are your best NSV's?
Revel in the fact that you have made a positive step in life and you are still workin' it!
Happy Day!

Thanks to you both. I have lost 75 lbs., most of it in the first nine months. Want to lose 10 more. Remember hating those people who said they just wanted to lose 10 lbs.
It was a wonderful step and I feel much better about myself and opportunities. You will do fine Laura.

NSV = Non Scale Victory
I can wear all my old clothes again... I can fly without a seatbelt extender.
They are things that just ARE - whether the scale is gracing me that day, or not.

I was banded one year ago today (April 5). It is actually a pleasant memory. Am I glad I did it? OH, YES!
