| Bye Jack - have fun at the beach.
Put on sunscreen.
Don't go into the ocean in the early morning or early evening.
Don't eat one hour before going in swimming.
Make sure you have a hat.
And some flip flops.
And a Margarita.
With an umbrella in it.
Enjoy yourself and come home safe and relaxed.

...back again.....this is the 'ORYGUN' coast....roughly equal this time of year to the water tempurature of the fiords in Norway....but the SUN was shining...
and the special speedo thong was backordered again....so  THIS is the best I can come up with:
