Losing weight is all about calories in vs calorie out (used) you need to eat less than 3500 calories in one week to lose 1 lbs (I don't do metric

What kinds of foods are you eating and how much per meal - give us an example of what you ate yesterday - How's your restriction?
I would suggest logging your food intake in to something like fitday.com.
We tend to under estimate our calories. Are you weighing and measuring your food - As obese people we tend to think that a 16 oz steak is an actual serving size - not 4 ozs - we don't know what 4 oz looks like - I am not saying that you have to do this for a lifetime - but that it is a great learning tool -
Are you exercising - I find that exercise is key to my weight loss.
