Free Sample/ Viactive Multi Vitamin

Does anyone use the Calcium chews they make? I was told to take Calcium Citrate so I assume these are not the same?

Kim - I use the calcium chews, the Doctor said they are just fine. It makes me feel like I am eating a piece of candy! :D They also said I could use the same one you mentioned only desolve it in water.
