Food Coming back up or paranoid?

I have this weird cough sometimes like for instance today

I ate and 20 minutes later and even through out the day i cough , not to catch my breath but as if i have some flem in my throat that wants to come out.
I was wondering if anyone experiences the same thing or has before so I stop worrying

I seem to have more phlegm in my lungs and throat since banding, too. Hmmm. I may have to ask the wise Dr. Spivak about that.
