First fill of 5 cc no restriction

I am kinda going out of my mind. I had my first fill on Monday and it was 5 cc's in my 10 cc band. So now I am half full and I don't have any restricition at all. I can eat a whole plate of food, i even tried bread hoping I would get stuck and it went down no problem. I know this is not normal but has anyone else had this same thing happen. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated... thanks

yuppers...some say it takes their body a few weeks to figure it out...my first fill didn't do much either...but I'm going tomorrow and will ask for a second fill.

Good luck..I think it is relatively normal.

Cindy, I would give your fill a week. If you can still consume an entire plate of food it is time for a fill. Good luck.

It's actually quite normal for your size of band. I didn't feel any restriction at all until 7.5 cc's.
