Finally a weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got one of the best Christmas presents ever. I lost 3 lbs. I was a little anxious as my weight loss had slowed way down. I knew I did not have restriction but was still eating so much less than before. I don't mind a slow weight loss as long as it keeps coming off. Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is so cool, SueSue!! I am also 55, and I wonder about that because my wt loss is slower than I would like. It is good to see you lose 3 lbs and it helps me hang in there (of course with the band restriction, I have no choice but to hang in there!!!:)) That is what I love about it!

I think you'd have to expect a slower weigh loss as your BMI are both low and let's face it, weight loss gets slower as we get older :(

You're both doing great.

I will celebrate my own little victory soon ( I hope). I am about one pound away from "onederland" and it's been many years since I've been there.

Way to go !! I am 54 and i think it goes a little slower as we get older. I just hit the 50 pounds off mark and i am so happy. Hope everyone has a good xmas. Donna
