dreaming of mushies

Noone is responding to my post in food so help me make a list of mushies I can eat on Friday.

Total fill so far: 3.5 cc's
Overall goal: 245/190/155
New mini-goals:
1.Lose 25 lbs and be within 10 lbs of goal by Christmas: 190/190/165
2. Work out 3x per week. Started on 8/7/06, so far so good!

I will be starting mushie tomorrow, I will get my list of approved foods when I see the doc tomorrow so I will post what he gives me then.

Thanks guys - my doc's instruction sheet says "anything of mushy consistency" - ok - I need more specific than that!
