I weigh without clothes or shoes as a general rule.

In the morning, after going potty, still in my nightgown. That weight jives to within half a pound of my doctor's scale so it's all good.

I weigh with clothes and shoes (since I don't have a scale at home), because I started at the MD office clothed, and thought I'd just stay with that. Nice to know I actually weigh a little less.

Very naked! in the am and in the pm going to bed. I usually do it twice to see what I get. My scale is 1-2 pounds more than the md office.
I weigh myself tooo often and I think it dcontributes to my thinking on on long plateau's. What a head game.
