I weighed myself fully clothed at home and checked it against my doctor's weight at the office (also fully clothed, of course.) They were the same so I use my home weight, but not fully clothed.

I use both my dr's scale and my mom's scale ( I see her often) I get the same weight from both. My own home bathroom scale sucks, it is always over by exactly 2 lbs .

I use my home scales, naked, before breakfast and after peeing.

Personally I update mine based on my own scale because it's what I've used to track weight since the beginning and while it may not be accurate I'm also not standing on it wearing jeans and a shirt, etc.

Curious as to what others do.
I use the scale at the Healthclub I attend, because it is calibrated and weighs me the same as the Dr's, my home scale weighs me 6 pounds lighter than these 2 scales.

After you create it and click "Next," you'll be taken to a page with various codes. Copy the code in the first box, then come here and click on "Edit Signature" and paste it in your signature box. You can click on "Preview Signature" to make sure it's working okay. In the future, whenever you update your ticker, it will automatically change here (after the first screen refresh.)

I weigh myself at home, but use the doctors scale weight for my ticker. Since I am seeing the doctor once a month or more, I use that as the official weight.
