Dehydration in the desert?
I have a question for all of those desert dwellers out there with Bands.

Do you get dehydrated easily? Are you still able to drink enough during the daytime to stay hydrated? I am just curious what I have to look forward to since mine will probably occur at the beginning of the summer and I have traditionally drank LOTS of fluids during the day.

Any insight would be appreciated!
