Celiac Disease!!!
Does anyone out there have Celiac disease and thinking about getting LB? I am also anemic because of it and worry about getting enough nutrients.

You'd would have to be very careful to cut out all bad foods. No junk so you eat a healthy diet. If you eat junk there is no room for good food.

My nine year old son is type 1 diabetic and his doctor now suspects he also has celiacs so he wants us to start following a gluten free diet. I have been banded since last December and see no problem with me also following a gluten free diet. I seem to get stuck on breads and other doughy foods so I think it will be good for me, I won't be as tempted to treat myself with foods my son can no longer eat!
