I plan on going to consignment shops to buy most of my clothes. My mom buys most of her business suits and dresses from there, and they are designer brands and are really cheap. But I probably won't have to do that for at least a few months because due to my weight loss yo-yo past, I've got three different sizes in my closet right now. Looking forward to wearing things out of my own closet that I've only been able to look at!

I go to Ross. Dress code at my work is business and I can get suits there for $20 - $40.

I also saw a thread a while back on this forum about doing a clothes swap. You might try looking it up.

I either go to Cato or Dress Barn. Their prices are very reasonable. They have a plus size side and a smaller size. I can't wait to shop in the smaller sizes. Good luck

I buy less expensive jeans/pants and tops from Walmart, Target, Ross & Marshall's. Some of my exercise pants and t-shirts are rather big but I don't really care about them. I got some nice things off of the clearance rack from JCPenney. Throughout my journey, I have bought some smaller things at good prices that were snug or I could not pull over my hips at the time w/ the anticipation of it fitting in the future. A month or two later, I would go back, try it on and it fits. Has been very exciting & helps me to see my progress & feel good about myself. I get even more compliments when I wear something new w/ a good fit & I can see the difference myself. Especially noticed a difference up top when I got the right size bras. I cannot stand big baggy jeans and shirts. For past couple of months, I have been losing more in the hips, legs & butt, Initially I was losing more on top. So now my smaller shirts are holding up good as far as fit but I am now having to buy more bottoms especially for spring/summer. Last summer I was down to a 22 from a 26 and so far looks like my summer size for bottoms this year will be 16's.
