suzzie you are absolutely right. I also got mine for the price of $279. I saved $100 a month for 3 months to get it. I really want the watch too.

Quick question...
When I wear the armband all night long, my energy expenditures are higher, vs. when I take it off.
However, I have only had my bugg for a week or so, so I have no idea if this is because of me not wearing it at night, or due to my body burning a different amount of calories each day.
Any ideas?
Also, TMI! Is there an activity category for SEX? Seriously! I couldn't find anything in there. I mean doing it for an hour has GOT to make a difference --- and it isn't fun wearing one while doing it so I need to go in and manually enter the calories myself.

i've actually forgotten to take it off a couple of times when just bottoms were removed (way tmi - sorry) and the cals per minute burn was interesting. not as much as i thought it would be. i told DH if i didnt go work out, he'd have to help me out ...

How long was it, and what was it like?????? I saw that packaged with some scales in Target last weekend when I was scale shopping. I ALMOST bought one, but finally decided that I didn't "need" the dvd, so I went with another scale.

it comes with 3 levels 1st is bob 20 min entire body workout level 2 jillian 10 min cardio drill and 3 rd is kim 10 min kickboxing, 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down with bob. it gives you the option when the dvd first start to choose what exercises you want to so I selected 5 min warm up 20 min with bob and 5 min cool down , it was so awesome I am looking forward to doing it with jillian grr...

Ok, so I'm a bit confused. None of the workouts are over 30 minutes? And you were able to get a 460 calorie burn in that amount of time????

if you add 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down it was 30 min. but the goal is to mix and match workout to equal 30 min and change up workout so you want get bored with the same old thing , what I did was 5 min warm up 20 min bob workout and 5 min cool down yoga=30 min bugg said I buned 460 calories. I down load infor right before I started my workout just to see how much I would burn with the dvd.

Sounds like a nice workout. Unfortunatly, my apt is so small I can barely manage to do the walk-away-the-pounds DVDs. Lol. I have a Tae Bo Cardio DVD that I tried to do once... I knocked over a houseplant and kicked my recliner twice. Lol.

I think most of us here got ours from24 Hour Fitness: 24 Hour Fitness Centers and Health Clubs Sometimes they go on sale, you just have to watch for it. I got my Bugg for $229 and free shipping, got my display watch for $69 + shipping. | Suzzzie... what if they give you the password to use their remaining subscription? Doesn't everyone have to pay the yearly fee even if it is bought new?
Someone on LBT is selling theirs for $175 with 1 month remaining on the initial registration. Is that not a good deal?
