Well, I'm a newbie . . . only 12 days post-op . . . which is why *I* have to have a chewable vitamin.

The dietitian that works for my surgeon told me no gummies, either . . . so, for now, I guess I will check out those other chewables you mentioned.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the Viactiv multivitamin and calcium chews are yummy! I also take a Biotin melt-away that I put under my tongue. I'm not a big believer in vitamins, but what the heck. Better safe than sorry.

Metagenics

I take the Metagenics chewable vitamin. It tastes like orange. I think it tastes good. Metagenics are a very good quality vitamin. You can buy them at chiropractic offices or go to metagenics.com and search where else to get them.

I have tried everything! I HATE the taste and smell of vitamins, it makes me gag and gag and most of them make me nauseous when I do finally get them down. The Viactiv chews made me actually throw up. I finally settled on the Flintstones cut in half and swallowed like a pill. The Viactiv flavor glides were easy to get down but they unfortunately made me nauseous for hours.

I use a children gummy and doble the dose. Taking my vitamins is like a special treat each day. Those hard chewables are pretty hard to take after a while. I read where you can get an adult gummy but I don't live in the city to get into places like The Vitamin Shoppe but have thought about trying them.

I take gummi vitamins made for adults that they sell at Target. They are berry flavored and don't even have the slightest vitamin taste at all. They taste just like gummi bears. I used to take the Viactiv but they still had that weird vitamin-y, chalky taste. I love the gummi ones and will keep taking 2 of those daily as long as I can still buy them.
