I've lost close to 60 pounds and visually don't see much of a difference in these pics. However, mentally, I realize I'm able to wear smaller sizes and can get around a lot better so know I am making slow but sure progress! Pam -60.jpg

calf now: R 15 L 14.5 lost - 2"
thigh then: R 26 L 26
thigh now: R 24 L 24 lost - 4"
top arm then:R 16.5 L 15.5
top arm now: R 15 L 15 lost - 1"
stomach then: 47
stomach now: 41.5 lost - 5.5"
neck then: 18
neck now: 15.5 lost - 2.5"
hip then: 52
hip now: 47 lost - 5"
breast then: 51
