I don't -really- look like this, but I surprised myself in the mirror this morning and had to take a pic. Now I'm starting to understand why the celebrities always look like hell in real life -- there's an art to that photographic stuff :D

6 months ago, I sat here at this very computer and pored over each and every one of your before and after pictures, completely desperate for MY turn. You have all been so inspiring and motivating. Thank you so much. And thank you for indulging me a bit while I post my very first before and "during," because I have a long, long way to go.

the first two are taken a month before surgery at the beach, I'm pretty much at my highest weight there, there not that great of pictures, the dress covers up my giant belly, which is where I can see most of the difference since loosing 40 pounds. The second two are taken at two different concerts in August, I'm about 3 months post op and down 40 pounds :)

Here are some before surgery taken at my doctors office and then my 3 month check up that I recently went to. I started at 267 and weighed in at 221 at the doc office.

You Look GREAT! You can really see the difference in your face...doesn't it feel better to be carrying less weight around-especially during the summer? I have enjoyed this summer with 40+ LESS pounds than the last few!!

Thanks! I had to post something to get myself motivated. I kinda plateaud. I did get a fill that I believe put me back close to my sweet spot so hopefully that and motivations kicks in!
