I took some new pics yesterday - I am sucking it in a bit but still its hard to even believe at times its me!!

Hey

Thanks everyone - its great to hear ppl say that.

As for my workout routine I really hate saying this but in the beginning, like the first 12 mths I did walking and stuff.

I got a job not long after which was at a desk and doing 60 or so hrs a week so I just didnt have the time and when I did I couldnt be bothered.

I know thats bad and now that I have finished up there I am going to try to get into some sort of exercise again.

Down total of 60 as of 9/29/08 but this is taken in August when
I was 191. Now I am down to 180. The top picture is before surgery in March of 2008
when I was 240..

~~I wanted to let everyone who has posted pics on here know how much of an inspiration you are! I look on here everyday just to see the noticeable differences in people. I have been thinking about having lap bad surgery for over a year now and I just scheduled my surgery on 10/27! ~~

I hope to be posting my before and afters on here soon!

Keep up the great work you guys! You all are looking fabulous!
