beef jerky


Just wondering can you eat beef jerky after being banded didn't know if it was to fibrous let me know

Lots of us eat Jerkey as long as you chew like mad. But I always spit out the grizzle. Don't swallow anything that hasn't turned to mush.

I enjoy the Turkey Jerky , I get a big bad from Costco. It doesnt seem to be as salty as the beef jerky. But I will eat beef jerkey also. Its a great source or protein ,but you got to chew like mad

....I don't care for beef jerky these days, but have found buffalo jerky quite tasty...and if there's something to gristely, I too spit it out....pepperoni sticks work good for me but I spit out anything remotely suggestive of a problem...
