Hi White06! I was banded on Oct 26 so we're pretty close. I'm sorry you feel so hungry, I've also struggled with finding the right amount of restriction. It sounds like you need a fill...can you get in for a fill any earlier? I just had my 4th fill and I'm up to 2.1 cc in a 4 cc band and I still haven't hit my sweet spot.
As of menus there are some good suggestions under the food thread here. I try to eat my protein first, then veggies, then carbs. Of course I'm not always good. :) For protein I eat a lot of chili, tuna, egg salad, deli meat, hambuger, yogurt, cottage cheese. For snacks I have applesauce, humus/veggies, cheese sticks, popcorn.
