No, I haven't. I'm on a plateau too right now. It's really hard to not give in to that "diet mentality" during times like these. My doctor made me promise I wouldn't try any "diet tactics" to lose weight any faster. It is really hard though. We're in the same boat and what I decided to do was to break my rut. I have a habit of eating a similar menu each day. So, I went to the grocery store and picked out new foods that match my calorie and nutrition guidelines and I'm gonna try giving my body some new foods to work on. My doctor said that your body can get used to the same old same old so he said you need to "shake things up." Hopefully it works and I really feel for you but I'm not sure I'd do straight protein shakes to try to fix it. Good luck!!

Ergh, no. They arent food, they're chemical concoctions. I'd rather eat fresh healthy stuff, not something that comes out of a tin that you mix with water.

As you can tell, I aint no fan of protein shakes, lol.

if you are on a plateau, try kicking up your caloric intake a day. i was on one before thanksgiving, and i ate well that day - 2 days after i lost 3 pounds.

good luck.

as far as diet drinks - ick ... i didnt even like the protein shakes.

I've been fighting plateaus since September. Protein shakes and running work every time!
