Anyone tried silicone "Scar Solution"?

Have you tried the Scar Solution pads on your LB scars? As far as I can tell these pads are made by Neosporin, Curad and Band Aid. Amongst other uses, they are also recommended for reducing swelling and discoloration from surgery scars.

If anyone has tried any of these brands, which one? And what was the result?
