| I can't help you with the 4 yr thing - but unless your employer specifically excludes or your policy specifically excludes, then you have a chance for coverage.
I was denied, appealed, denied again and then submitted to the State Insurance Board for an Independent Medical Review.
The Review Board over-turned the insurance denial... It can be done.
It isn't a QUICK process, but it can be done.
