anyone lose over 200 pounds?

Just wondered if anyone has lost over 200 pounds and how long did it take.

Four years ago I lost nearly 250 pounds through diet and exercise and only kept 90 off. Now that I am banded, I hope to lose and maintain the loss. I know there are MANY big weight losers here.

My DH has lost 200 pounds with his band, it took 18 months for him to lose. He still has more to go, and had been taking a break for awhile.

And yes, for me, it is Dear Husband, most of the time anyway.... ;) Right now he's taking a break from the band, trying to get used to the idea that he isn't 600 pounds, and is currently smaller than he's been for more than 15 years.
