after 8 weeks I lost 7lbs today

christmas eve I was rushed to hospital with a strangulated umbilical hernia
3 hour op on christmas day, nothing to eat for 4 days, the surgeon cut away 2kg of fat and skin, I hardly ate for a month for the first time in my life I had NOOO apetite.
did I lose an ounce? NO
have I been able to lose an ounce since? NO

I was in despair after doing so well with my weight loss before the op. I ate 1000 cals I ate 300 cals I ate 700 cals I ate 1500 cals I ate 2000 cals
I did exercise ish I stuffed my face I cried

this morning I got up and 7lbs off since I last got weighed on SUNDAY
whoo hoo its moved again

Tilly - Glad to see that the scales are moving in the right direction! Wow, a "strangulated umbilical hernia" sounds like a painful thing.. Congrats on your weight-loss so far, over 100 lbs in a year? Awesome, keep up the good work!
