| My first week banded, I had broth and drank water and orange juice. Any kind of juice will do. But, be sure to dilute it 50/50 or you will be spending a lot of time in the bathroom. The second and third week, I added protein drinks and liquid yougurt. (danactive). Being diabetic, for my protein drink, I drank Glucerna once a day. I didn't have any problems with my sugar levels.
