Well Happyth everyone. Congrats on the weightloss. Somehow another I made my goal and little beyond. And the weird thing is I didnt even try. After a plateau of 4 wks then a 5 lbs weightloss this week just floors me.

I lost one more pound to end the challenge at 3 lb under goal and a weight loss of 18 pounds. WOOHOO!!!
