My scales didn't move this morning. Actually, I was very happy that they didn't move in the opposite direction. I was such a good girl over the weekend. Today was much better. I had a really good day, including going to the gym. Everyone is doing so well on this challenge. Keep it up!!

I finally lost the couple of pounds I gained over the holiday weekend and a little more! I hate it when I backtrack, but I'm on my way agan!

Actually, I have lost more than 3 pounds, but I had gained a couple on my pre-op diet binge, so had to backtrack and get that off before I could start counting for the challenge.  I don't think I am going to make my 30 pound goal by 7/4.

Hello everyone, just thought I would check in. I don't have any additional weight loss to record at this time but by next week I hope to have lost something. I'm re affirming my challenge today meaning I'm going to work my butt off to lose this weight by July 4th. Congratulations to everyone I see the numbers are moving.

I like that idea, me too. Lost 3 lbs but have 9 lbs to go. So easy to fall off the wagon. 3 July, now that's just under 3 weeks away.
