Well, LJM we are going to need a new one already in about four weeks so it's not that far off when we will need a new one started. Everyone's welcome of course! :)
As for me, I won't be posting any updates for awhile. I'm dealing with water issues since I have finally given up my LAST high blood pressure pill. Sad for the scale, but happy for so many more reasons!

I loved it so much I was taking it for two months more than I was told to. I was honestly supposed to stop taking it after surgery because my surgeon doesn't like his patients taking them at all. He worries about our water intake.
I used to take two a day. I then cut it to one, and did deal with a little bit of water retention, but with me finally cutting out this last one, I gained nine pounds in about four days. 
Thankfully the worst is over because I lost three of those pounds overnight.
