We are in the same boat. But I was bigger and I am shorter. I call my heighest known weight was 338, I"m 5'2" tall. If you think that my minimum acceptable weight could be 110, I've had three people in my skin at one time. There is just no way that's going back to tone. I pissed and moaned to my therapist about it. I really is the single drawback I've experienced to weight loss. UGH.

She said, look at as proof of your success. Look at it as accomplishing what you set out to do...I said kiss my droopy behind....

However a little time passed and I see the wisdom in her words because I'm not going to stop losing weight because of the skin and it's not going away immediately (I've got big PS dreams, but we'll see).

So I've worked at making peace with my skin. I can't say I'm thrilled with it, but I'm not disgusted at the sight of me naked. My SO only showers me with compliments too so that helps.

So, try to make peace. Nobody is perfect and health and mobility beat out pretty much anything vanity my bring to the picture.

Good luck

The firm is available everywhere. Just go to Google and type in The Firm workout program it should come up. The number is on the webpage, or you can order online. It really does work! Good luck and please keep me updated.

Hello all,
I have considered the fact that I will probably have some saggy skin because I am so short and weighed so much but I am losing weight slowly and exercising at the same time so i figure they will compensate one another. My insurance will cover PS if it is medically necessary and we all know that it can be considered medically necessary after WLS but I'm not sure if I want it. I mean I still have to much weight to lose to even consider the possibilities but to tell you the truth I'm scared of PS. I would really have to research it before making the decision. For now I'm just going to continue to workout and lose weight and see where I am in about another year.

My mom was watching a show, don't know which one, and they were interviewing a woman who was about 70, and she had this perfect tight skin. They asked her what she did, and said she never had Plastic Surgery and drank skim milk everyday.

For what its worth, my mom is over 60 and drinks skim milk and her skin looks great.

Lol, I'd say 99% of this board drinks skim milk (I mean, what dieter doesnt) and there's plenty around who've had to deal with baggy skin!

I just got banded last week so loose skin is not a problem.....yet. I sure hope I am as successful as y'all so that I worry about loose skin! I am not much of a milk drinker but I think I might have to pick-up skim milk on the way home and look on Amazon for a firm cd. Preemptive Strike!!
