question about restriction

Ok so this is the deal. I had my second fill on 2/23 and just started on solids again. I really don't know what "restriction" feels like unless what I am about to explain to all of you is actually it. I noticed that when I was eating a corn dog that I must have taken too big a bite because when it went down I didn't notice anything in my stomach but rather my back?? Does that sound right?? It felt as if it was trying to push it's way though. It wasn't really painfull but rather uncomfortable. Does that sound right? Should I take that as my que to stop eating when and if I ever feel like that again??

I have occasionally felt pressure in my back from over eating, but it has happened sometime after I finish, not during my meal. My sense of restriction is closer to the golfball feeling. I don't eat until I get the golfball feeling, but I can tell when there is no more room for even one more bite - I can tell that things are starting to back up.

As far as your cue to stop eating, your back discomfort may be yours. If you stop when you feel that, and aren't hungry again for 3 to 4 hours, then that may be your signal. If you stop then but are hungry in 20 minutes, then it probably is not your signal.

Good luck!
