Are you suppose to feel pressure when your eating? It's the kind of pressure that if it got worse it would start to feel like the golfball feeling. I already know that I need to continue to work on slower, more chewing, etc...and I am getting way better, no more golfballs. But I still feel pressure, does that mean I have to work even harder on chewing?

Right where the band is. I think I've done good slowing down, not getting the golfball's anymore. But I'm just wondering if I can do even better, hence getting rid of the pressure. Or maybe it's always there when you eat, don't know.

We have to reprogram all our little eating routines....
virtually none of the guidelines I followed over the years preBand were accurate or effective.
IMHO any pressure internally is indication we are eating too much too fast.
It takes a while to relearn how little we actually NEED.
For months I was unable to eat a whole BOWL of soup at a time....but a CUP was just about perfect.
Seek 'satiety'~~let it tell you to STOP EATING NOW!!!
That 'pressure' will evaporate. Next meal, do not eat to pressure, eat to 'satiety'....a totally different sensation. Seek it out. Tell us what you find.
