As Jammin & Losin already wrote, you should still be on liquids for a few more days or at least creamy or very well blended soups (Egg Drop Soup, cream of chicken etc...)
Go back on liquids- try more warm ones then cold ones and if you have pieces in them make sure you chew them very well. Also make sure you don't gulp your drinks - from now on just sip, sip, sip ....
Sometimes a heatpad will also help to loosen you up a little bid and you might try to eat with baby spoon and fork - just so you don't get to large bites down- they will hurt you too. The learning period has begun - make the best of it and - good luck to you. You will get over this and after a little adjustment time you will be feeling a lot better.- Promised!
