I'm jumping in the challenge a little late. I'm 9 lbs up from where I was in June, due to an unfill and trigger foods getting me off track, but I'm ready to get back in the saddle and hit the trail again.

It is now 9 weeks after surgery and I have lost another 5.8 lbs. YAAAAHOOOOOO!!! Total now is 43.8 lbs. I am sooooooo psyched!! 9 more lbs and I will break the 300 mark. WOOOOOOOHOOOO!!!!

I weighed this morning - down 2 pounds - TOM too...usually I gain 5 pounds! I'm going to wait to post until Thursday though...my scale at home said 221. It is always 2-3 pounds off (heavier) than the one at the doc's office (his is official). I'm so happy! whoohoo!

Hi Les sweetie!! Isn’t that just amazing? I really am floored. TOM week always seemed to get me… not this time though! I think it might have been because I was sooo tight and could barely get anything in – but who’s complaining?

I just now looked and it is 6 weeks till Labor Day and I need a good challenge as I will be going back for my yearly weigh-in at my surgeons in mid-September and this challenge would be good for me.

Who do I see about adding my stats to the list? To join? Thanks!
