Itching at port site

Has anyone had problems with itching at the port site? I have been banded since July and it still itches. Not bad, I don't dig at it or anything, just a mild, under the skin, sort of itching that it doesn't help to scratch. Most of the time I ignore it, but it is always there. Anyone else have this problem or know what causes it?
