I need help guys

I am in need of help in a bad way. I can't stop eating I am eating cookies (I know bad) eating more amounts of things that I am supposed to eat, I feel like I am losing control again. I had my first fill last Thursday he put in 1CC in a band that will hold 5-6 he said. I am scheduled for another fill next Thursday please please someone tell me that once I hit my spot that I won't be bale to eat the amounts of foods that I can eat now. I know its not going to help with the junk food but even if I would feel full sometimes I think that would help but right now I just am hungry all of the time unless I eat more than my 1000 calories a day that I am supposed to be eating.

Eat more solid protein and that should help tide you over longer. Turkey, cheese, protein bars, meat, ect. Refried beans work for me too.

If you are hungry all the time you must not be getting all the protein you need for the day. Have you had any luck with the protein shakes, try unjury.com? Protein and water I think is the key to staying full. If you get creative with the shakes you can have something nutritious and feel like it is dessert. The bars on dietdirect.com are also delicious. There are lots of protein added meals as well.

and rid your house of all the junk. If you have to go out to get the junk you might be less likely to eat it. If you leave that stuff in the house you will be so tempted to eat it.

I found that eating hard protein fills me up and makes me less likely to eat bad stuff. I have had 3 fills and 2 unfills and haven't found my sweet spot yet. I'm hoping this last one got me a little closer.
