My scales are moving down as well. I started exercising this week. I am staying on plan because I want it all to be worth it!!

I am staying on plan today because a month ago yesterday I was 329 and when I woke up this morning the scale said 297, and I wanted to cry from happiness.

I am staying on plan today cuz and I have all week and my scale still hasn't moved. I believe tomorrow or the next day I will see the benefits of staying on plan.
