I am staying on the plan today because in 2 weeks I will have the surgery and I want it to go smoothly.

I am having the surgery in one week. I HAVE to stay on e the plan.
Oh and I want to wear cute shoes.

Because it took me from March 5 till today at 1:06 to realize that I can't just eat whatever I want because I'm exercising. Its a two part deal.....

I am staying on plan today because yesterday I went to a work xmas lunch and pigged out (for a bander that is) and had a very tiny piece of my niece's birthday cake in the evening.
