digital is the way to go I got mine from Walmart for 29.99 , I had it for about 1 year and it works great I did a weigh in at pre opt visit and it was the same weigh

I'm staying on plan today becaue my ass is starting to shape up and I really want to continue on this road! I look good today if I have to say so myself. I am wearing a size 11 Jr. low rise hipster jeans, and it really shapes my butt, I have gotten several compliments and it just feels good to know that someone looked at my butt. lol. :whoo:
I'm no longer worried about placing a "wide load" sign on my back.:clap2:

I'm staying on plan today because (contrary to my ticker) I've gained 4 pounds this week. Yes it's TOM, but I've also been eating myself into oblivion with these stupid cravings that come along with TOM.
