I am staying on plan today because it's the right thing to do and I feel much better when I stay on plan. The benefits of staying on plan far outweigh the horrible depressed feeling you feel when you don't stay on plan.

It's so, so nice to see my blood glucose meter read 96 instead of the 130 before my lap band.

I have only lost 2 lbs in 18 (yes 18) days and that is not enough. I need to work harder!
