Fitday.com vs TheDailyPlate.com‏

I am a long time user (years) of Fitday.com (I own the computer copy of Fitday also) and never took the time to look at TheDailyPlate.com‏ until yesterday.

I have come to the conclusion that TheDailyPlate.com is much nicer and much easier to use!! Prints easy nice reports unlike FitDay.

Just thought I would put that out there for all you FitDay.com users who are like me and don't like change and never checked it out

I love dailyplate and have been keeping my food journal there since I started solids post-op. This way I just print everything out to bring to the surgeons with me so we can review what I have eaten together and he suggests changes.

I, too, am making the switch. I am currently moving everything over so I can keep one journal. DailyPlate blew FitDay away.

Has anyone tried SparkPeople.com? They let you enter your own foods & nutritional values. Log your fitness, measurements ect. All Free. I checked out MyPlate but didn't want to re-enter all the entries I already have in SparkPeople. But it looked like a good site to track your meals.
